Getting into a state of Meditation and to master the practice is not an easy task. Everyone is looking for a Free Mind and a moment of release that allows each of us to Relax without forcing it. This class has been designed to approach meditation easily through Body Movement. Movement has been considered to be one of the most powerful tools to release stress, anxiety, worries, stiffness from the body and the space emptied by this release can be replaced by emotions for self-expression such as joy, happiness and gratitude.
In this class you will go through all the stages of your inner being in order to be more in contact with your inner self. The class will mainly be conducted with the formidable series of Osho’s Active Meditations and other powerful techniques. The format/themes will change each session to ensure a different experience every time.
