In this class, the blend of strength and flexibility training will improve your posture, reduce stress and create long, lean muscles without bulking up. This hour is conducted both standing, on mat movement and follows a rigorous system of physical and mental exercises to enhance a good basic foundation of the Pilates discipline. The class is conducted to help you lengthen your spine, improve your core strength, work on your movement integration and most importantly your mental wellbeing.
