Dileri mixes different exercises between Pilates, Basic Yoga asana, Bodywork therapies and some Breathing technique according to your own body needs in order for you to be more aware of the way you stand, walk, sit and move in daily life and practice any type of exercise. She will help to train your body with proper movement and alignment. This will allow an increase in your oxygen intake which is essential for the proper function of your organs and generally just helps in overall feel good-ness. After years of study and practice, Dileri believe that improving your body posture, increase your positive thinking and is a must in order to enjoy your life to the fullest.
In this session specifically you will learn, after a body screening, some specific and modified exercises according to your unique body type to eliminate pain (back, knee, shoulder etc…) while improving posture, core strength, joint mobility and flexibility. Safety and alignment are the key words for preventing injuries and build proper strength through the whole body.
